To protect the interests of consumers and minimize the investment risks of DLC distributors, DLC promulgates and implements a well-designed Product Return and Exchange System.
For any defective product sold by a distributor, the customer is entitled to return the product and get a full refund from the Distributor within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The Distributor shall be solely responsible for this process of product return and refund. The Company will allow the Distributor to exchange this defective product with a new product of the same kind.
When a distributor sells DLC products, he/she should issue a delivery receipt to the customer which indicates the customer’s name, address and contact number, the item/s purchased, and the amount thereof. When the Distributor receives the unsatisfied customer’s product, he/she should follow the Product Return Policy.
