The Semi-Monthly Bonus is calculated based on the Pay Out Value (POV) of the products and the percentage is based on the level of the total Group Point Value (GPV) a distributor has accumulated during the cycle. The higher the cycle PV achieved, the higher the percentage will be used to calculate the Semi-Monthly Bonus. This DLC bonus is based not only on the Distributor’s personal purchase but also includes all purchases made by all non-manager distributors under his/her organization. The difference in percentage between his/her Semi-Monthly Bonus and his/her active direct downlines’ Semi-Monthly Bonus will be the Override Bonus.

The value of 1 PV will be set based on the GDP of each country. For example, in North America 1 PV may be equivalent to US$1 while in Taiwan it may be equivalent to NT$33.

Bonus Structure
The bonuses of distributors are structured in the following levels: 0%, 6%, 15%, 21% and 24%.

  • The 0% Distributor:
    • – Not qualified to claim any Semi-Monthly Bonus.

  • The 6% Distributor:
    • – is qualified for 6% bonus on all personal sales volume based on POV.
    • – is qualified for 6% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 0% distributors’ group sales volume.
    • – is qualified for 0% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 6% distributors’ group sales volume.
    • – must be active by maintaining 40 PV personal sales volume from DLC-branded products for the cycle to receive Semi-Monthly bonus and any overriding bonus/es.
    • – will remain at this level even if their weekly volume falls below 500 PV. There is no reversion at this level.
    • – the first time a distributor qualifies for 250 PV personal in a cycle, he/she will be allowed to sign up two direct distributorships under his original distributorship in his name. The maximum distributorships under one name is five (5) distributorships.

  • The 15% Distributor:
    • – is qualified for 15% bonus on all personal sales volume based on POV.
    • – is qualified for 15% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 0% distributors’ group sales volume.
    • – is qualified for 9% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 6% distributors’ group sales volume.
    • – is qualified for 0% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 15% distributors’ group sales volume.
    • – must be active by maintaining 40 PV personal sales volume from DLC-branded products for the cycle to receive Semi-Monthly bonus and any overriding bonus/es.
    • – will revert every week starting at the 6% level.

  • The 21% Distributor:
    • – is qualified for 21% bonus on all personal sales volume based on POV.
    • – is qualified for 21% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 0% distributors’ group sales volume.
    • – is qualified for 15% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 6% distributors’ group sales volume.
    • – is qualified for 6% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 15% distributors’ group sales volume.
    • – is qualified for 0% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 21% distributors’ group sales volume.
    • – must be active by maintaining 40 PV personal sales volume from DLC-branded products for the cycle to receive Semi-Monthly bonus and any overriding bonus/es.
    • – will revert every week starting at the 6% level.

  • The 24% Distributor (Gold Manager or Silver Manager):
    • – is qualified for 24% bonus on all personal sales volume based on POV.
    • – is qualified for 24% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 0% distributors’ group sales volume.
    • – is qualified for 18% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 6% distributors’ group sales volume.
    • – is qualified for 9% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 15% distributors’ group sales volume.
    • – is qualified for 3% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 21% distributors’ group sales volume.
    • – is qualified for 0% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored Gold Manager’s group sales volume or Silver Manager’s group sales volume.
    • – must be active by maintaining 40 PV personal sales volume from DLC-branded products for the cycle to receive Semi-Monthly bonus and any overriding bonus/es.
    • – will revert every week starting at the 6% level.

EXPLANATION:

  • The 6%, 15%, 21% and 24% levels are based on the PV achieved for the cycle.

  • Bonuses are calculated based on the POV (tax excluded) as declared by the Company.

  • Positions of all distributors at 6%, 15%, 21% and 24% will not be by-passed by any distributor in his/her sponsored group.

  • The Silver Manager:
    • Any distributor who can break off a 24% line that does at least 4000 PV total sales volume for the cycle but is not able to maintain a non-manager group sales volume of at least 4000 PV for the same cycle.

    • Must be active by maintaining 40 PV personal sales volume for the cycle from DLC-branded products to receive their Override Bonus.

    • Cannot be used to qualify for Semi-Monthly profit sharing.

  • The Gold Manager:
    • Any distributor who does at least 4000 PV total sales volume for the cycle of which 40 PV is personal sales from DLC-branded products.

    • Any distributor who can break off a 24% line that does at least 4000 PV total sales volume for the cycle and also maintains a non-manager group sales volume of at least 4000 PV for the same cycle of which 40 PV is personal sales from DLC-branded products.

    • Any distributor who can break off two (2) 24% lines that does at least 4000 PV total sales volume for the cycle and also maintains a non-manager group sales volume of at least 500 PV for the same cycle of which 40 PV is personal sales from DLC-branded products.

    • Any distributor who can break off three (3) or more 24% lines that does at least 4000 PV total sales volume for the cycle, shall enjoy the benefit of zero (0) PV group requirement for the same cycle with 40 PV as personal sales from DLC-branded products.

    • can qualify for Semi-Monthly profit sharing.

  • To qualify for Overriding Bonuses from sponsored groups, the 6%, 15%, 21% and 24% distributor must meet the required 40 PV purchase each cycle as set up in our DLC Policy to be classified as Active Distributors. DLC encourages distributors to put emphasis on personal retailing and personal use in order to have a healthy DLC business.

  • Bonus checks will be available on the twelfth (12th) day following the cut-off of product sales.

    • The bonus checks, upon instruction, can be:

    • remitted to the said Distributor’s bank account through Automatic Bank Transfer. A distributor can utilize their existing Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) bank account or open one. DLC will automatically transfer the Semi-Monthly volume bonus to the Distributor’s bank account. Note that the Distributor has to make sure the bank account information is correct. BPI is not the same as BPI Family Bank. For the Volume Bonus Recap, distributors can view and print them from the DLC website.

    • claimed from the Head Office or Product Centers. The Company will issue a Volume Bonus check and the Distributor will have to claim the check from the Head Office or Product Centers.

  • 0%, 6%, 15%, 21%, 24% distributors will not be able to receive any Override Bonus on any distributor who is at the same level in their sponsored group. However, they will qualify to receive PV from such sources for move-up purposes.

  • There is a no reversion clause at the 6% level but there is a cycle reversion to 6% at the 15%, 21% and 24% levels.
